  • 1. Any kind of offense or nagging is forbidden!
  • 2. It is forbidden to use any source of beneficial resources!
  • 3. Advertisements and advertising nicknames are forbidden!

    General rules for both teams
  • 1. It is forbidden to deliberately leave a game to prevent dying.
  • 2. It is forbidden to deliberately use Retry.

  • Rules for Survivors [CT]
  • 1. The "air camp" is prohibited! This includes all the bases up, which can not be reached by all racial zombies.
  • 2. It is forbidden to build bases next to each other.
  • 3. It is forbidden to save more than 5 items in advance!
  • 4. Depending on the different types of "slow", then different rules are added to them.
  • Slow Tunnel (the glitch with the pipe) is allowed for use.
  • * Because the server is 100аа and has Jump Zombie + Upgrades, then there is no problem in making a similar type of tunnel.

  • 5. It is forbidden to block the base of the Zombies.

  • Example 2: The owner of a base, even if he plays with only one player (meaning there is space for one more), then he still has NO right to replace him! In case a third player wants to enter his base (during the battle phase) and the owner wants it, he will have to enter as a THIRD player! In other words, he can not replace the first player with the second player.
  • 25. A player may become the new owner on a base that is not his, ONLY WHEN the old owner has died for sure.
  • * That is, if the old owner respawns, he will still have the base. In other words, other players have the right to become the owner of their base only after he / she dies for the second time. Naturally, if the old owner does not reborn (since not every time players are reborn) then other players have the right to become new owners of the base.
  • * The rule also applies even when the new owner dies.
  • 26. It is forbidden to build more than 4 layers in which zombies are blocked when you have two or more people in one base!

  • Rules for Zombies[T]
  • 1. It is forbidden for zombies to leave their base before building time has elapsed.
  • 2. No Kill is prohibited, and any kind of collaboration between humans and zombies.
  • 3. All zombies are forced to chase people.
  • 4. Every zombie has the right to buy Antidote, but if he wants to get into a base, then the zombie must first ask the owner for permission (as long as the players are less than 3), otherwise he / she CAN NOT buy Antidote in the base!
  • * Exceptions are made if there is no one in the base. Only then the zombie can buy Antidote without the permission of anyone!
  • * The Antidote zombie automatically becomes the new owner of the new base, EVEN if the old owner has respawned. In this case, the old owner must first ask permission from the new owner to enter the base.

  • SMS / Server Admin Rules:
  • 1. All rules for survivors & zombies apply here too!
  • 2. It is forbidden for administrators to move objects only when:

    Server rules
  • 1. A small group is determined by whether there is 1 person between the two groups. SIMON is required to check before killing!
  • 2. When it's a special day or duel, players are not allowed to use different weapons than the ones they were given at the beginning (does not apply for freeday).
  • 3. For a back wall in a cell / insulator is always considered the one opposite the entrance. When the insulator has two entrances, the walls that are located opposite each of the entrances are counted as a rear wall - then the isolator has two rear walls, and under such command the prisoners themselves choose to stand, unless specified (example such case is the jb_russia_v1).
  • 4. When there is a door on the back wall in the cell / cells that can be opened in some way (with a button or "E"), it is not considered part of it, and any prisoner standing beside it can be killed. This rule does not apply to isolators where this door is considered to be part of their rear wall.
  • 5. For the first floor of a cell is always the one on which its entrance is located. The second floor is always above the first. When a card in the cell / cells has a lower level, it is considered as such rather than the second floor.
  • 6. During a duel at the end of a round, both sides are forbidden to reload hitpoints or armor.

  • 1. It is forbidden to delay the game!
  • 2. It is forbidden to kill a teammate by means of any vehicles or equipment. Applies for everyone!
  • 3. It is forbidden to jam the ball in the walls in order not to play. The punishment is a slay or must be killed by a warden if there is no admin.
  • 4. It is forbidden to jam the cartridges during a duel.
  • 5. It is forbidden to use other game types (skins) than standard for guards and prisoners.

  • I. Police Policies (CT)
  • 1. The guards are forbidden to kill without reason.
  • 2. Wardens have the right to kill prisoners who have not obeyed orders.
  • 3. Before the cells are opened, SIMON must first set a command. Otherwise, a FreeDay will follow. Whether the SIMON command will open the cells first and then set the time for it to run, or vice versa - it does not matter.
  • * Exception is made for the first command "whoever is out dies // whoever is out of his cell dies" where no counting is required. The command must contain a single ban on leaving the cells and always be the first command. Invalid if:

  • 4. SIMON is required to count after each command. In this time, the prisoners have to fulfill it. On a first command, a minimum of 10 seconds is required to run.

  • 18. Police officers are forbidden to give 3 times in a row Free Day to the same prisoner. Also, it is forbidden to give FreeDay to "their people" without good reason.

  • 21. It is forbidden to use the kill command in the console.
  • 22. The writing of a command must be accurate and clear to be understood by prisoners. But mistyping one letter of a word is not a mistake, as long as it is understood by players.
  • 23. It is forbidden to move weapons!
  • 24. SIMON is obliged to give commands for a place with prepositions.
  • 25. It is forbidden for the SIMON to kill prisoners on commands that are of a personal nature (example: how old am I?) And commands that are related to the configuration of the players (example: write bind w quit or die) or others that are impossible to execute.
  • 26. During a duel, the police are forbidden to kill with a knife, given that the prisoner has chosen a firearm.
  • 27. Policemen are advised to give precise reasons for killing a prisoner to know why they were killed.
  • 28. Before the day is released, SIMON has to declare that, that day is following.

  • 38. Only SIMON can ask questions with the / quest.

  • II. Rules for Prisoners (T)
  • 1. Prisoners are obliged to comply with the instructions given by the simon if they want to stay alive.

  • 10. A FD prisoner must execute the given commands, if 3 minutes (180 seconds) have passed since the start of the round.

  • IV. Rules for Admins
  • 1. Administrators have no right to move ONLY and solely their acquaintances.
  • Every player has the right to get a chance.
  • 2. Administrators have the right to put / remove police officers whom they find fit. Higher ranking administrative decisions have a higher weight.
  • 3. Administrators are not allowed to use @ (all) chat without a good reason.
  • 4. Administrators have the right to slay a player who has given an unclear command to the inmates or a command, given after opening the cells.
  • 5. Administrators must immediately ban wardens whom are Mass freekilling.
  • 6. If the warden did 1 freekill, they can warn him, and if he gives a "freeday" to the wrongly killed prisoner, he will not be banned.
  • 7. Administrators have the right to gag someone who challenges their decision.
  • 8. Administrators are not allowed to give themselves JBPacks!
  • 9. Administrators are not allowed to use the AMX_Super Menu without a solid reason!
  • - they have the right to revive a prisoner, but only if the prisoner was killed without a reason. It is forbidden to use it for your own or any others benefit;
  • - they have the right to give gifts to a prisoner as SIMON, with one of the extras indicated - health, armor, godmode, noclip, money, endless cartridges, speed, drug but not for personal benefit;
  • - they have the right to punish offenders, with one of the extras indicated - burning, killing, disarming, flashing, dropping from the same menu but not for personal gain;
  • - it is forbidden to change gravity;
  • 10. Administrators are not allowed to give a personal FD to a prisoner / prisoner without a solid reason! It is also forbidden to give FD All (free day for all prisoners).

  • 1. Cooperation between ghosts and survivors is forbidden
  • 2. Hiding on purpose to delay the game is forbidden.

  • Rules for Survivors [CT]
  • 1. Survivors (CTs) are obliged to go and defuse the bomb (C4) when its set. Deliberately not going for the defuse, or walking around the map aimlessly, in search of ghosts, while the timer runs out, until the explosion of the c4, is a subject to punishment!
  • * A priority target for hunters is to go and defuse the bomb, whether or not their way to it is hindered by ghosts - they are obliged to go and try to defuse the bomb, regardless of whether it will cost their lives. Otherwise, you will get punished next round. Excuses like "I have been attacked" do not count as justified - you have to go and try to defuse the bomb, not to go after kills;
  • * When there are 5 or less seconds left, defusion of the bomb is not required.

  • Rules for Ghosts [T]
  • 1. Ghosts (Ts) are obliged to plant the bomb.
  • * If the bomb does not get planted, after the end of the round, the last ghost who carried the bomb will be punishmed. An exception is made if the ghost picked up the bomb from a dead teammate when, there were 10 or less seconds left until the end of the round.;
  • * Regardless of whether the bomb sites, or the way that will get them killed and certain loss, the ghost who carries the bomb must try to plant it with possible assistance by its teammates. The same rule remains for the next ghost who will take the bomb - doesn't matter the circumstances. ;
  • * If the ghost who was chosen to carry the bomb first, gets killed or leaves the game, and the bomb is guarded by hunter/s, then all of whom has survived as ghosts, must try to take the bomb. If they don't try to take c4, and the bomb is at the same place in the end of the round and ghosts lose, then all of those whom survived as ghost, will be subjected to punishment. If there is admin in game, he must warn them not to delay the game like that.
  • * The ghost that carries the bomb, is not allowed to drop it into inaccessible places on the map.

  • 1. It is forbidden to block players from the opposing team, no matter where you are!

  • Counter-Terrorists Rules
  • 1. Counter-terrorists are bound to seek and chase the terrorists!
  • 2. It is forbidden to "frag" (stabbing terrorist two times in a row, without giving him the chance to escape)! An exception is only made when:
  • * Only one player from the CT team has left the game;
  • * One player from both teams are alive;
  • * Remains less than 10 seconds, until the end of the round;
  • 3. It is forbidden to slash terrorists (killing with Left Mouse Button)!

  • Terrorists Rules
  • 1. It is forbidden to intentionally hide around the map.
  • 2. It is forbidden to "run" (to throw a freezing / flashing grenade and runing without waiting the granade effects to fade. An exception is only made when:
  • * Only when, one player from the Terrorist team is alive;
  • * It remains less than 10 seconds, until the end of the round;

  • 1. It is forbidden to block players from the opposing team, no matter where you are!
  • 2. It is forbidden for players to help each other, when they are playing on different teams!

  • Counter-Terrorists Rules
  • 1. Counter-terrorists are obliged to seek and chase the terrorists!
  • 2. It is forbidden to undercamp and understab (hitting the terrorists underneath and
  • camping under blocks, teleports, weapons, etc. and killing the terrorist, when the terrorist falls).
  • 3. It is prohibited to intentionally camp on the boost.

  • Terrorists Rules
  • 1. It is forbidden to intentionally hide around the map!
  • 2. It is forbidden to camp on high places, especially those places where weapons can be taken.
  • 3. It is forbidden to remove the blocks of Counter Terrorists (CTs),just before they step on it, with the intentions of blocking them.
  • 4. It is forbidden to freeze an enemy from the opposing team on the Dead Blocks.
  • 5. It is forbidden to bug the AK47/M4A1 and the pistols. The bug is made when you don not use the weapon in the same round but instead, you decide to use it in the next round.

    Rules for Survivors [CT]
  • 1. It is forbidden to hinder your teammates!
  • * This includes shooting / breaking the stairs / doors that are intended for zombies (it does not apply when you are trapped and you can not get out).
  • * If breaking / shooting does not help the zombies in any way (nor does it hinder your teammates) then it is allowed.
  • * Admins are allowed to help the zombies, if the game is unequal.
  • 2. It is forbidden to play with doors/buttons, whereby you can kill an teammate/enemy and screw up your team!
  • * An exception for killing the enemy is made when, zombies are more than 3 or 4.
  • 3. It is forbidden to break / close a beam, bridges, etc. / door (in order to save yourselves) before all of your teammates have passed (except when the zombies are very close to your teammates) li>
  • 4. It is forbidden to play "No kill" with eachother
  • 5. You must run from the zombies without stopping. (An exeption is made, when zombies are too close and you are trying to slow them down, otherwise they will infect you or your teammates).
  • * It is allowed to block/slow down (with other words to wait) a door/bridge etc.. Only in the end of the map! (i.e, there's no more doors/bridges but only the escape vehicle)
  • * It is forbidden to slow down the zombies in any way! This includes shooting at the beginning of the map, throwing freeze, fire grenades, and so on.
  • 6. It is forbidden to go on top of the escape vehicle only if:
  • * If you bug it somehow.
  • * If your team has been infected by the zombies (in the vehicle), you are required to leave it!
  • If you are not doing any those things that are indicated, then you are allowed to go on top of the escape vehicle.
  • 7. 7. You must wait all of your teammates to get in to the escape vehicle.
  • - If the vehicle can be bugged, then you are obliged to do so, in order for you to wait for the rest of your teammates (you must be sure that you can, then release the vehicle without bugging it anymore) <. / li>
  • * If the majority of your team are already in the vehicle, but still 3 or 4 teammates die, because you did not detain the vehicle, then the first person that called the vehicle, will be subject to punishment. / li>
  • - If the escape vehicle cannot be bugged and the only way to activate it is by touching, then you are not allowed to get in the escape vehicle, until the most of your teammates has arrived.
  • * In this type of sutiation, the first one that gets inside of the escape vehicle, will be subject to punishment.
  • *** Exclusion is made when your associates are very far from the finish, or when the zombies are too close.
  • 8. If there is a vehicle (s) in the middle of the map for faster movement across the map, each player is obliged to wait for all of those players that want to get on it.
  • * An exception is made when the vehicle starts automatically without interference.
  • 9. It is forbidden to consciously delaying the game at the end of the map, with the intentions of others waiting for you, just so you can get on to the escape vehicle.
  • 10.It is forbidden breaking/closing bridges/doors when there is 1 zombie.
  • 11.It is forbidden to intentionally hide around map.
  • Rules for Zombies [T]

  • 1. It is forbidden to hinder your teammates!
  • * This includes breaking the stairs / doors.
  • * If the breakage does not interfere with your teammates, then it is allowed.
  • 2. It is forbidden to board the vehicle only in the following cases:
  • * If you bugged it somehow.
  • * If all the people in the vehicle have survived, and only you are on the roof.
  • If you are not doing any those things that are indicated, then you have the right to climb to the roof!
  • 3. It is forbidden for zombies to bug the vehicle in any way!
  • 4. The zombies are not required to wait for other zombies in the vehicles that are not used for escape, but rather for faster movement across the map.
  • 5. Zombies have the right to escape with the vehicle, regardless of the number of alive players!
  • * Also, zombies don't have to wait for other zombies to escape with the escape vehicle.
  • 6. It is forbidden to jump into safety zones with the double jump!
  • 7. It is forbidden to change your skin model, to look like that of the survivors!
  • 8. It is forbidden to Retry as a zombie!

  • Additional Administrator Rules
  • (not applicable for SMS admins)

  • 1. In case of, the survivors escape with the escape vehicle, but а zombie survive the detonation due to bug or something, then you should proceed with slay for all zombies that survived the detonation.
  • * The same goes for the opposite - if the zombies have fled with the vehicle, but for some reason one of the survivors lives, then the survivor (s) must be slayed.
  • 2.When the survivors and the zombies have escaped with the escape vehicle, at the end of the map, you should slay the team with less number of players.
  • Example: There are 4 survivors and 2 zombies - zombies need to be slayed in these types of situations.
  • 3. If the zombies have infected the first humans, but one of them is far behind, he should be slayed by admin in order to not delay the game. If the player has any chance of victory, then he should not be slayed. It is up to the Admin to decide.
  • ** If you think you have been punished unfairly, you can send an application in our forum!

  • 1. Mass slay / slap without any specific reason is punished directly by removal of admin rights.
  • 2. Change the map as follows:
  • 2. 1. VOTE asking the players whether they wish to change the map. (eg: amx_vote "Change map?" "Yes" "No")
  • 2. 2. If the vote is "Against", the current map remains, as a new vote can not be played before at least half of the remaining time of the current map.
  • 2. 3. If the vote is "For" the change, then a new vote is made to select a map!
  • 2. 4. The change of the map will not take place immediately after the end of the voting, and after the end of the current round!
  • 2.5. A vote or direct change of the map immediately after changing the previous one can only be released if there is good reason to do so - technical problems (lag,glitches); when making changes by the administration team; a small map when there are a large number of players on the server; mass dissatisfaction on the part of players by choosing the current map and more. Follow the steps that are shown in items 2. 1, 2. 2 and 2. 3, and 2. 4 can be omitted!
  • 3. It is forbidden for an admin to use vulgar words.
  • 4. It is forbidden to use hacks and other cheats.
  • 5. It is forbidden to spam HUD chat.

  • 1. Low activity is considered as less than 150 minutes total for the previous week (with a warning). Perfect activity is considered as 70 minutes per day.
  • 2. You must visit the forum regularly.
  • * If you have not been to the forum for more than 1 week without warning any moderators, you will be removed!
  • 3. It is mandatory to help people on the server.
  • 4. It is mandatory to keep the good tone on the server.
  • 5. It is forbidden to have a bias towards people who violate the rules of the server.
  • 6. It is not advisable to have complaints from server administrators.
  • 7. All server administrators are required to move the afk player to the spectators team unless the server is full - then they can kick it.
  • 8. Each Server Administrator has the right and obligation to move players from T to CT and vice versa in order to achieve an equivalent game, provided that it has been negotiated with the players and does not interfere with the players.
  • * An exception is made if the game is too unequal and the players have to be displaced.
  • 9. It is forbidden to kick the spectators!
  • * Allowed when the server is full and the spectators occupy the game slots.
  • 10. It is forbidden to alert only the psay chat - the warnings to the players must be directed to all or ordinary chat, if necessary to the HUD, to be seen by everyone.

  • 1. Low activity is considered as less than 150 minutes total for the previous week (with a warning). Perfect activity is considered 80 minutes a day.
  • 2. You must visit the forum regularly.
  • 3. You should keep an eye on the Server Admins on the server and report irregularities to the superior.
  • 4. It is mandatory to vote in applications that apply to your server.
  • * Your voice will be more highly rated than those of Server Admins and Global Admins.
  • 5. It is mandatory to help people on the server.
  • 6. It is mandatory to assist the Server Administrators if they have problems and to consult with the superior if the problem does not fall within your area of competence.
  • 7. Rule №8 and №12 of "Rules for all server administrators" also apply to Support.
  • 9. Each Support has the right and obligation to move players from T to CT and vice versa to achieve equivalent game as long as it has been agreed with the players and not interfere with the players.
  • * An exception is made if the game is too unequal and the players have to be displaced.
